Reclaimed

Hope

Reclaimed Hope is a  nifty thrifty shop; a nonprofit organization located in Lafayette, IN, that donates all its proceeds to Vision of Hope. Vision of Hope is a biblical ministry for women who struggle with things like addictions, unplanned pregnancies, eating disorders, depression, self-harm, and so much more.

Reclaimed Hope was founded in August 2014 and was originally located in Brookston, IN. It started as a privately owned shop run by a family who loves Vision of Hope and the women they serve. The goal of starting the shop in Brookston was to get a firm business model to present to Vision of Hope so the ministry could eventually take it over. It took a lot of hard work to manage the store but eventually in 2017, the family donated the store to Vision of Hope! Soon, Vision of Hope began to send some of the residents to help at the shop! The ladies help greet and interact with customers; create beautiful jewelry pieces, artwork, crocheted items, and other handmade products; and help with maintaining the store.

In 2018, Reclaimed Hope was able to move to the Northend Community Center. They have been blessed with a bigger space, wonderful volunteers, and a fantastic community surrounding them. As the store continues to grow, so are the ideas. We have started a new line of jewelry known as "Memorial Beads." These special beads are custom made for you! We have created this website to give you more information about our product as well as an easy way for you to order them.

Reclaimed Hope takes donated items from around the Lafayette area. They are always on the lookout for things like antiques, books, craft supplies, CDs, DVDs,  jewelry, and so much more!

Reclaimed Hope reclaims, redeems, restores, repurposes, recovers, and most importantly, they rescue.

Ephesians 3:20-21

"Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think,

according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus

to all generations forever and ever.

Amen."
